At Aria Fenix Skincare, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. As each order is uniquely processed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you may request a replacement by following these steps:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Email support@ariafenix.com with your order number and clear photos or a video showing the damage or defect.
- Our team will review your request within 7 business days and determine eligibility for a replacement.
- If approved, a replacement of the same item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
- We do not offer exchanges or replacements for reasons other than damage or defect upon delivery.
- Requests submitted beyond the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a replacement.
