This is not a medical formulated skincare line. Serious skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, etc., should be checked beforehand with a dermatologist for a medical individualized approach, because might require special chemical treatments. Nonetheless, our skincare line might suit very well sensitive skins. Talk to your doctor about our natural approach and gentle formulas.

Our products are made with natural ingredients that can rarely cause adverse effects, as they are much gentler.

Take, for example, Retinol. It’s a widely used strong compound in mainstream skincare, and it sure has its proven benefits - yet with some serious side effects that we believe are not worth the risk. With retinol, you’ll sunburn more easily, and high doses may also be associated with skin cancer. Our version is Bakuchiol - nature’s equivalent from an Indian ayurvedic plant. Amazing anti-aging properties, minus the irritation and redness, and won’t make you sun-sensitive.

Still, we all know someone allergic to a certain herb, flower or even a type of grass... so for highly sensitive/allergic people, keep reading!

If your skin is highly sensitive or very prone to allergies, we recommend performing a patch test. The American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) recommends the following steps:

1. Apply the product to a small patch of skin where you're unlikely to accidentally wash or rub it away. Good areas may include the inside of the arm or bend of the elbow.
2. Apply the product to a quarter-sized patch of skin. Apply it as thickly as you would when using it regularly.
3. Leave the product on the patch of skin for as long as it would normally be on your face. If testing a product that you would usually wash off, as our cleanser, keep the patch on for 5 minutes.
4. Repeat the patch test twice a day for at least a week. A reaction may not happen immediately, so it is important to continue applying the product for this length of time.
5. If your skin reacts to the product, wash it off as soon as possible and stop using it.
